Exercise Description:
Standing Triceps Extension with Fitband

Instruction:
Standing with good posture, hold ends of Fitband in each hand and place Fitband behind your head with your arms bent at 90 degrees. Extend one arm to the side. Return to starting position and repeat other side. For more intensity, extend both arms together.
