Exercise Description:
Push Squats and Medicine Ball Press with TheraGear® Board and TheraGear® Core Disk

Classification:
Lower Body, Upper Body

Instruction:
Place TheraGear® Board on TheraGear® Core Disk and stand on it. Squat while holding a medicine ball in both hands and extending arms down until medicine ball is touching the floor. As you straighten your legs back to a standing position, lift the ball off the floor and extend arms overhead. Release and repeat.
