Oblique & Ab Crunch on the Full Foam Roller

Instruction:
Place your mid-lower back onto the roller, place your arms by your side on the floor. Bring both knees up in a tabletop position. Squeeze the abs and crunch up, allowing the roller to support the back. Lower and repeat.
