Exercise Description:
TheraGear® Medicine Ball Press and Split Squat on TheraGear® Board with TheraGear® Core Disk

Classification:
Lower Body, Upper Body, Abdominal Core

Instruction:
Place balance board on TheraGear® Core Disk. Position right foot on board and left foot on the floor behind you, heel up. Using both hands, hold a medicine ball in front of your chest. Slowly lower the left knee toward the floor, making sure the right knee stays over the right ankle. At the bottom of the movement, the left knee should be under or slightly behind the left hip. As you return to the starting position, lift the medicine ball up until you are holding it with both hands above your head. Return to starting position and repeat with left foot on board.
