Exercise Description:
Leg Lift on Balance Pad

Instruction:
Stand on the pad with one foot. Extend your leg and lift it behind you until your thigh is parallel to the ground. Hold this position for 5-10 seconds then switch legs.
Side Note:
2 Sets of 12-15 reps.
