Instruction:
Sit on the roller side.
Place your hands by your sides on the floor, for support.
Lean left and drop your left knee to the side.
Gently roll back and forth, massaging your left buttock.
Once you find the tender spot, roll over it firmly until you feel the tension release.
Switch sides.
