Boxer Stance with TheraGear® Core Disk, Balance Board and TheraGear® Ankle Tube

Classification:
Core Stabilization

Instruction:
Place TheraGear® Balance Board on TheraGear® Core Disk and stand on it with both feet. Attach TheraGear® Ankle Tube to your wrists. Hold elbows close to waist, then extend right arm forward, punching the air. Repeat other side.
