Bent Over Row with TheraGear® Body Toning Bar.

Back, Glutes, Quads, Shoulders.

Start with feet at hip-width apart, grip onto the TheraGear® Body Toning Bar, palms facing toward the body. Bend over at the hip at a 45-degree angle. Keep the back straight and the knees soft. Slowly pull the bar to the chest while squeezing the shoulder blades gradually together. Keep the shoulders down and the upper trapezius disengaged during the row. Repeat 10 to 12 times.
