Baseball Swing with TheraGear® Power Weight Ball

Instruction:
Start in a baseball or softball batting position this is a sport specific movement, so individual style could affect form. Use the TheraGear® Power Weight Balls as a bat, keeping the palms and TheraGear® Power Weight Balls together throughout the movement. Swing the arms, keeping control at the shoulder, keeping the abdominal engaged (navel drawn in). Repeat for sets.
