Light – Yellow
Designed for rehabilitation workouts and exercise for the elderly and children. The resistance of the yellow tube ranges from 2.5 kg (5 lbs) to 10 kg (22 lbs).
Medium – Green
Designed for junior athletes and average women. The resistance of the green tube ranges from 4 kg (8 lbs) to 14 kg (31 lbs)
Strong – Red
Designed for active women, average men, and athletes. The resistance of the red tube ranges from 5 kg (11 lbs) to 19 kg (41 lbs)
X-Strong – Blue
Designed for elite women, men and athletes. The resistance of the blue tube ranges from 6 kg (14 lbs) to 24 kg (52 lbs)
