Mini Hurdles can be used in a variety of exercises designed to develop quick feet, powerful explosion and proper running technique. The hurdles are made of durable molded PVC plastic and they are 12" high and 18" wide.
Using hurdles on a regular basis will improve an athlete’s speed, agility, quickness and power.
They are great for stride development (stride length & stride frequency), agility drills, plyometrics jumps, and conditioning. Plyometric training exercises are a great way to build explosive strength and power needed for any type of athlete.
