Triceps Overhead Extension on TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro with dumbbells

Instruction:
Very advanced exercise. Make sure you can safely kneel on the TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro before you add dumbbells to this exercise. Kneel on the ball with a dumbbell in your right hand only, left hand on left hip. The right elbow is bent and pointing to the ceiling with the right hand slightly behind the head. Push the dumbbell toward the ceiling by extending the elbow on the right arm until it is straight. Release and repeat left arm.
