Incline Standing Calf Raises with Swiss Exercise Ball and Dumbbells

Instruction:
Place TheraGear® exercise ball against wall at chest height. Stand facing the ball and push into it with the body leaning forward about 45 degrees. Lift heels off the floor, then release. To intensify, hold dumbbells.
