Incline Dumbbell Press on TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro

Instruction:
With your feet on the floor, bend the legs until your head and shoulders are level with the top of the TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro. Place the head and shoulders on the ball and lean back 45 degrees until you are resting on the ball and your knees line up over your ankles. Holding dumbbells in both hands, bend arms to 90 degrees, upper arms parallel to floor and palms facing forward. Slowly extend arms to ceiling. Release and repeat.
