Dumbbell Triceps Extension on TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro

Instruction:
This is an advanced exercise. Assume a bridge position with your shoulders and head on the TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro and your knees over your ankles. Your knees, hips and shoulders should be aligned. With dumbbells in both hands, align arms over chest and extend them toward the ceiling. Slowly bend at the elbows, lowering the dumbbells until they are by your ears. Your elbows should be pointing to the ceiling. Return to starting position and repeat. To intensify, perform the same movement with one foot lifted off the floor. To decrease intensity, alternate right and left arms.
