Dumbbell Biceps Curls on TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro

Classification:
Biceps, Core Stabilization

Instruction:
Kneel on the ball while holding dumbbells, hands by your hips. Perform biceps curls by bringing hands to shoulders. Keep elbows close to body. Release and repeat. For variety, alternate biceps curls. This is a very advanced exercise.
