Dumbbell Wrist Curls and Extensions on TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro

Instruction:
Kneel with one knee and one foot on the floor and the TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro in front of you. With a dumbbell in hand, place right forearm on the ball, palm up. Lift and lower wrist. Then, turn palm to face floor and repeat movement. Repeat with left arm.
