Counter Lateral Biceps Extensions and Curls on TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro

Instruction:
Very advanced exercise. Make sure you can safely kneel on the TheraGear® Swiss Ball Pro before you add dumbbells to this exercise. Kneel on the ball with dumbbells in both hands. Right elbow is bent and pointing to the ceiling with the right hand slightly behind the head. The left arm is extended down with the hand by the hip. Push the right dumbbell toward the ceiling by extending the right elbow until it is straight. At the same time, perform a biceps curl with the left arm by bending the elbow, bringing the dumbbell toward the left shoulder. Return to starting position and repeat other side.
